Large 2500+ sq ft Cottage in resort like community

Our cottage is nestled in the serene and peaceful gated community at The Cottages at Cultus Lake. This friendly and safe community is perfect for families with young children. The 10,000 sq ft club house is equipped with pools, hot tubs, fitness centre, theater and rec room. There are several playgrounds and picnic areas all nestled amongst nature. There are also tennis and basketball courts. Short walk to the southside of Cultus Lake or 8 minute drive to the famous Cultus Lake Water Park. This cottage is over 2500 sq ft spread over 3 levels. It is the largest floor plan in the complex. There are 7 sleeping areas. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have Queen Beds, and 1 has 4 bunk beds. The upstairs loft has a Queen sofa bed. The main living room has a Queen sofa bed. The basement living room has a twin sofa bed. In the recreation room, the ping pong table can be folded up and used as an extra bedroom with 2 Queen Aerobeds (self inflating air mattresses). There is plenty of space to invite gramma grandpa and the cousins to spend some quality family time together. The cottage is located in a gated community and a passcode will be required to enter the gates. The cottage has a driveway with 2 designated parking spots and lots of guest parking within steps from the cottage. I live 75km away, but am available by phone if needed. I also have some wonderful neighbors that I can call on for any emergency issues. Gated community surrounded by nature, beautiful birds and tall timber trees within minutes from Cultus Lake, Water Park, Amusement Park, Golf Course and hiking trails. The Treehouse Clubhouse, pond, creek, sports courts are all within steps from the cottage. The beach is a short walk away. Grocery stores and restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. Cultus Lake North (where theme parks and water parks are) is an 8 minute drive. The kitchen is well equipped for the chef of the family. There is a Keurig machine available for the coffee lovers. There are also lawn chairs, tennis, balls, scooters, bicycles and other fun stuff available for guest use. UPDATED SEPT 7th, 2021: Kiddie Pool now closed for resurfacing. Adult Pool and Hot Tubs still open, but will likely be closed for season after Thanksgiving to May 2022 with some special openings during Winter and Spring Breaks, but otherwise will be closed between October 10th ~ May 2022 TBD.
