Private unit in charming home with separate entrance within walking distance to MetroNorth train into NYC! Located in a charming home with full-size bed, 55" flat screen TV with cable, renovated private bathroom with large shower, air conditioner, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. WiFi included. This guest suite is located in our home and has its own entrance from the outside. It’s close to Mamaroneck harbor and between beautiful villages of Larchmont and Mamaroneck with a huge selection of diverse restaurants, boutique shopping, and parks. Both Metro-North train stations are a 20-minute walk - and it's a 35-40 minute trip to NYC's Grand Central Station! Parking is off-street only, on the corner only one house away. Guests have access to a private studio unit with its own entrance. Guests can also feel free to use the backyard. I like to give my guests space, since I am a very busy corporate manager who is not home during the day. Home is on border of Larchmont and Mamaroneck, beautiful suburban towns 35-40 min to Manhattan. It's a short walk to Mamaroneck harbor/beach, and all of the restaurants and shopping on Mamaroneck Avenue! The most convenient way to get around is by car, but there's public transportation within a 10 to 15 minute walk. Parking is off-street, owner uses driveway.
