Lulu Lodge- All Season Chalet

Nestled in a wooded plot off a private drive in Arkville, NY. Our newly renovated all season chalet is located 8 minutes from Belleayre Ski Center and some of the best hiking New York State has to offer. Perfect spot for the family getaway. Lofted ceilings with lots of light and open floorplan, are welcoming for gathering with family and friends. The property is off private drive with ample parking, a large deck with BBQ grill. Our new very efficient wood stove keeps the place toasty warm in the winter and air conditioning makes your stay perfect when it heats up in summer. There are two bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom. And master bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Also upstairs is a TV loft that can act as a 4th bedroom with a sectional that pulls out into a full-size bed. We have a new well stocked kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. We are always available via Airbnb messenger which comes straight to my phone. We are not always in town but we have a local contact if assistance is needed. We are less than 10 minutes from Belleayre Ski Center. We are close to Margaretville shopping and the Pakatakan Farmers Market. Walking distance to Catskills Recreation Center with state if the art swimming pool and exercise facility. Fantastic hiking including trails to fire towers for spectacular Catskills views. Walking distance to scenic Delaware Ulster Railroad, and the Union Grove Distillery. 4 mile drive to Wawaka lake to rent kayaks. And much more! We have a smart TV and WiFi but we do not have cable. The TV is linked to Netflix, and Amazon Prime. It has many other things you can log into if you subscribe to them. Some guests like to bring their on streaming device like a fire stick or Apple TV. There is also a wireless speaker you can stream music on. Pet policy: We must be made aware of all pets that will be visiting. I have had to start collecting a $75 pet fee because of the actions of people that haven’t been responsible with their pets. If you have a young dog, A dog that has separation anxiety, or a dog that likes to chew please lock the pet in a place where nothing will be damaged.
