4 bedroom lake house

Large, welcoming space for a large group or family. Easily sleeps 8 adults; more like 12 - 14 if you want to sleeping bags and air mattresses. This is a 4 bedroom/2 bath house (3 queen beds, two twin beds, 2 couches) on Bark Lake in Richfield - 25 miles from downtown Milwaukee. 4 night minimum. Huge deck with grill, fire pit, lake access, paddle boat, and wireless w/Amazon firestick. Plenty of parking for up to five cars. Check-in and check-out times are flexible for your convenience. Pets possible; please inquire. The house is five to ten minutes from major restaurants like Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonalds, Panera, Kentucky Fry Chicken, Applebees, etc. The house is also close to Highway 41 and only 15 minutes away from Menomonee Falls, where you'll find a Target, Costco, Woodman's Grocery, and other shops and restaurants. You have full access to the property and the house. However, the garage will not be accessible. We will be off site, but available to answer questions/address issues. Richfield is about 25 miles from downtown Milwaukee, but an easy drive on the freeway. When you are done with the festivities in the city, but still want to keep the party going, there is a fun "dive" bar (EJs) within walking distance and plenty of restaurants just a 5 or 10 minute drive away. Hwy Q - 5 minutes away, has every type of store or food outlet you can think of. Bark Lake is a fresh water mud bottom lake, with a pea gravel beach. We have plenty of beach chairs, floaties, and beach towels for your swimming and lake lounging enjoyment. The house is fully furnished with all needed kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, dishes, etc. A full washer/dryer included. Basic toiletries include hair dryer in each bathroom, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
