Private Luxury suite, ideal for Business traveller

Fully contained one bedroom with a Kingsdown queen sized bed, one bathroom guest suite with private entrances from the garage and from the backyard. The kitchen includes top of the line appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and an induction stove. The living room faces the fully landscaped backyard with inground pool, affording privacy and natural light. The pool is available for use during the summer months. This space is ideal for 1 or 2 adults for 3 or more nights stay. The space is a fully contained, fully furnished 1 bed 1 bath apartment with a luxury galley kitchen, eating space and large living room with desk. There is full access to a private backyard with inground pool during the summer months. There is driveway parking available for one vehicle. Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate any type of animals during your stay. Discounted pricing for weekly, monthly rates. Guests will have access to our yard space and in ground pool. Only the rear deck is reserved for the home owner. Amenities and all other outdoor areas are shared with ourselves and our guests. The patio has dimmable lighting allowing you to enjoy a late night dinner or swim. Guests will have free parking access to our driveway. We are usually available should anything arise which requires our assistance. We live on the upper level of the main house. We want our guests to feel at home and we encourage our guests to let us know if there is anything we can assist with to help make their stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. This space is located in a mature, upscale neighbourhood close to the hospital, the local college and university and 5 minutes from access to the 401. Ideal for business travelers. It is kept cool in the summer months. I have worked in leadership positions in healthcare for more than 20 years and am considered an expert on infection control and cleaning practices through this experience. I can assure guests that the suite will be cleaned to hospital standards between guests. During the pandemic, I ask that no guests be brought to the suite for safety reasons. Isolation stays for those returning to Canada are welcome. We would like our guests to feel at home and feel free to utilize our pool, patio, and yard space. Only the deck is reserved for the use of the owner. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable please feel free to ask at any time and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. This space is ideal for the business traveller; a calm, quiet, safe oasis as your home away from home. Please leave the house as you found it. Please respect our quiet, residential neighbourhood by keeping music and noise levels low. Guests are asked to leave the space as they found it.
