K Sera Sera is located on a 4-acre property in Wilby North East Victoria, about 10 minutes from the bustling Yarrawonga / Mulwala border area. Upon arrival, you'll feel relaxed because the landscape discloses with wide-open fields welcoming you to the small town of Wilby. With stunning mature gum trees, orchard trees, and a small olive grove, the property celebrates the Australian landscape. Have fun exploring spaces for relaxation, walking around the dam, climbing the small hill, and playing a chip game and able to enjoy the 9-hole golf course. This one level tiny home boasts a beautiful queen size bed for comfortable lazy sleeping. A compact but functional small kitchen is packed with all you need so you can cook up your evening meals or prepare breakfast. The full ensuite is equipped with hot water shower and compostable toilet (don’t worry we’ll give you the instructions on how to use it!). Everything you need for your perfect getaway is provided including linen, towels, selection of basic amenities and some games and puzzles to get you to really switch off and enjoy a digital detox. Stepping outside and you will experience tranquility and peace, with many wonderful area’s to sit, reflect and really enjoy a quiet moment to yourself. In the cooler months, warm up with the outdoor fire pit and in the summer evening, enjoy the longer days with a game of chip + put or a glass of cold wine under the shade of the many established trees. Guests will have access to the property however the main shed will be closed. Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you. Need to explore? Explore other regional towns such as Milawa, Beechworth, Chiltern and Yackandandah By Car : Easily drive around the North East Victorian towns of Yarrawonga/Mulwala, Milawa, Rutherglen and Beechworth. - Pets are allowed but will have to be kept in control - Please inform host prior to arrival if you are bringing a pet - Firewood costs $10 per wheelbarrow load - Picnic setup is available (at an extra cost) - We are situated in the countryside and you may encounter insects such as spiders throughout your stay as these are part of the natural ecosystem of the bush - The property is about 5 acres. You can see some neighbours behind and on the adjacent street but it is still quiet and remote
