Brand New 1 bedroom Self-contained Granny Flat with a newly installed air-condition!!! You have a private entrance to come and go as you please with your own independent key access to your retreat. The bedroom has a comfortable queen side bed with your own private en-suite and wardrobe. The bathroom is beautifully built with marble tile finishes filled with soap, shampoo, conditioner and toiletries. The well decorated living room has a flat screen 60" TV with free Netflix, and a single side bed with luxurious 1000 thread count bed sheets. The outdoor area under a patio has washing machine, sink, cook top and dinning area which are only for you to use. The rooms are professionally cleaned with the utmost details. 4 minutes drive to Revesby station, 10 minutes express train to the Airport, 25 minutes express train to the city. We accept pets staying at our property but please contact me to discuss. We also provide dog basket, cat scratching house, pet bowl, pet water fountain and poop bags free of charge. Very quiet street with plenty of parking. Other things to note: -We accept same day booking with normal check-in time between 3pm-11pm. But if you book after 3pm, please give us at least 2 hours from the normal check-in time. Guests have access to the whole apartment as their own building. There is washing machine, sink, outdoor dining area and cook top under a patio which only for you to use. The apartment is located alongside our family home, the garden space is shared and we tend to the vegetable gardens on a daily basis. We will respect your space but we are available on hand for anything when required. In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys, explain where everything is and how to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours alternative arrangements will be made.
