Set in a private estate this guest wing (attached to our home) with own amenities offers privacy in a tranquil picture postcard location. The guest wing has 2 bedrooms, lounge, toilet & bathroom for the exclusive use of the guests with its own entrance. So close to everything but set in a gorgeous rural vista. Enjoy our lovely continental breakfasts that are included in the tariff each day of your stay. There is tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge but no kitchen. The doors open on to your private yard which is flat & fully fenced. There is a barbeque and outdoor seating for those warmer days. Guests can choose to have breakfast in the main part of the house or if they choose we are happy to set it up in the unit the night before. Breakfast is included in the price. The estate is surrounded by a working dairy farm. It is very safe as it is on a private road. There is ample off street parking on the property. Wake up to the bird song with native 'Pukeko's' visiting on the front lawn. Guests will need their own vehicle to get here. For the more adventurous there are many walkways nearby or take a casual stroll down by the Waikato river. We are located only 2 minutes from State Highway 1, five minutes from New Zealand's largest shopping centre and close to bars & restaurants by car.
