Spacious Studio in Hudson Valley

This spacious, yet cozy studio apartment is located within a mixed-used modern barn in historic Cold Spring, NY situated within the scenic Hudson Valley. Studio offers a queen-size bed and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed, which can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. There is no designated kitchen and no stove top, although a compact fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot and an electric kettle are provided. Also, provided is dining ware, glassware and utensils. Extra amenities such as locally roasted coffee, coffee filters, teas and varied locally-made healthy snacks and/or treats. Guests will have access to the studio and the shared outside patio (on the right of the property). Within walking distance there is the locally-owned Vera's Marketplace, featuring an artisan coffee, Cold Spring Coffee Pantry and speciality butchered meats at the Marbled Meat Shop. Within minutes (about 3 miles) by car lies the picturesque village of Cold Spring, NY with it's amazing riverside park while also boasting some of the Hudson Valley's premier retail stores, antique emporiums and restaurants. For nature lovers there is the ever popular Breakneck Mountain, kayaking in the Hudson River, Little Stony Point (Sandy Beach) and so much more. Also nearby is Fahnestock National Park (connecting to the Application Trail).
