Double room, spacious, comfortable and bright, in a good location with all amenities within reach, metro, parks, supermarkets ... the house has two bathrooms, kitchen and a spacious living room, which would be happy to share. If you are a smoker you can smoke only on the terrace of the kitchen. The two bathrooms have a shower and a very quiet house. Your room has a wardrobe closet, a chest of drawers, a sofa bed, a nightstand, a desk and two chairs. The common areas are the living room, bathrooms, kitchen, terrace and passage areas. We have towels, clean sheets, we share all kitchen utensils and it will be a section in the fridge for your use only. Furthermore you will have access to wifi key. We are a young couple and we are delighted to welcome people in our house. We love to share and meet new people from all countries and are available to our guests to help them know Madrid and all services available. The neighbors are very quiet and nice people. The neighborhood has many bars, supermarkets, parks and the house is very close to Bravo Murillo Street, which is one of the liveliest streets of Madrid. It is well connected to the center (25 min approx Sol). 7 minutes is metro Valdeacederas (line 1) and a 15-minute metro Plaza Castilla (line 10, 9 and 1). The neighborhood has covered parking.
