This 3 bedroom, 2 story air-conditioned unit has a Master bedroom with ensuite and corner spa bath. There are an additional 2 bedrooms downstairs, both of these rooms have two single beds. There is a second bathroom conveniently located between these rooms. Registration Number - PID-STRA-7013 This large family home can be divided into two separate units if required (its why we called it "Flexi" Perfect for two or families that like their own space). Close to the 16 Foot Sailing Club, a great place to eat, and perfect for those with boats. The first floor hosts the Master bedroom with ensuite with shower, toilet and spa bath and the kitchen, living and dining areas. The large open plan living area opens up with fully retractable stack-a-doors opens onto a full length balcony overlooking the lake and surrounding area and is the perfect place to relax of a night. The living room has a 65 inch smart TV with a second TV and DVD player in the master bedroom. On the ground floor are two bedrooms both with two single beds, separated by another bathroom with a bath and shower. There is undercover parking for one car, internal access from the garage to the ground floor and there is ample room for a boat or additional vehicles. Guests will have full access to Flexi 3 and share the laundry with Flexi 2. The doors to this laundry must be locked at all times. Although we are offsite property managers we are available 24/7 via phone Belmont is a great place to relax and unwind, just a short stroll to the lake and a short drive to the beach. Belmont is on the eastern shore of beautiful Lake Macquarie on the NSW North Coast, making it a relaxing getaway. Discover ocean beaches and nature reserves, and enjoy fun activities like sailing, water sports, golf and cycling. Thrill-seekers can also try tandem skydiving. The 16 Footers Sailing Club is a short walk away and offers great meals and entertainment. Also located on the foreshore there is the 'Belmont Bath's', the bath is quite large and is enclosed with shark netting to make it safe for everyone to swim in, along with a 70-metre jetty for the kids to jump off. The baths also offer an accessible ramp for wheelchairs. Life in Belmont revolves around the beautiful lakefront, many cafes and restaurants that overlook Australia's largest coastal saltwater lake. Along the beautiful foreshores, there are also barbeque facilities, picnic tables and other facilities to make it family friendly. Buses and Taxis are readily available in Belmont, however, to truly experience all there is to offer we would suggest travel by car. Flexi 3 is part of a larger complex called Flexi 5. This two storey home shares the laundry with guests who may also be staying in Flexi 2. Privacy is assured however as you all have your own entrances and privacy. Car parking is available in the garage or offstreet parking in the driveway. There is plenty of room for boats. This self-contained home is booked exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay. Please note that you will be required to complete a guest registration before check-in. This will involve providing your home address and email to Lakeshores Accommodation and a copy of your Drivers Licence to establish the identity of our guest.
