Each of the living areas is situated on the middle floor, at either end of the modern kitchen and dining. Both living areas lead onto decking for dining al fresco! On the third level, bedroom 1 is fitted with a king bed, bedroom 2 is fitted a queen bed, and bedroom 3 is fitted with 2 single beds. A bathroom completes the top floor. On the ground floor, bedroom 4 is fitted with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. This Whitianga accommodation is spacious and comfortable with everything you require for a laid back stay. Head out to the beach, spend hours in the heated swimming pool or wander into town for your choice of bars and restaurants. Enjoy the private access from the property to the Lost Springs. No smoking is allowed inside the property, on any of the decks or from the bedroom balconies and windows.
