Large ground floor bedroom - garden & forest views

A light & spacious family home. 2 adjoining bedrooms share the bathroom. There is a very large family kitchen, dining room, huge living rooms. Outside enjoy 5 private acres of trees and open sunlit space that provides warmth, peace and quiet of the Redwoods and amazing stars at night. Santa Cruz is about 20 min away and the quaint town of Felton only 10 with its health food store and restaurants. UCSC is 15 min and many beach options plus the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and vacation town activities. the room has a full bed and a couch that can be made into a bed if wanted. We can add a third bed for an extra $45 per night. Please let us know when booking what bed set up you would like. The guest room has access to a shared bathroom. Guest are welcome to use the kitchen and living room areas and walk the grounds too if you like to. In addition if you have a large group we may have another room available to air BnB. Bonny Doon is a rural area that is quiet and peaceful and deep in the redwoods forest. A bus service, with a stop nearby runs 4 times per day to downtown Santa Cruz. Wonderful walking trails take you down to Felton where you can also catch a bus to the ocean and back up the hill. Please make sure to get directions and map before losing cell cover as you drive up through the forest. Once here you will have full WiFi cover, but no phone signal unless you have wifi calling on your phone. The gate to enter the property is shared with 525, so upon entering stay to the left toward 515. This is a non smoking, drug free property
