Rural Retreat

Located in the suburb of Paraite, Bell Block. 1 bedroom unit surrounded by fruit trees, space and privacy. All the rural aspects but so close to Bell Block shops and the valley shopping centre Modern fully double glazed one bedroom unit. Bedroom has the choice of either a comfy California King bed or can be separated into 2 king singles. There is also an option for a trundler bed for a 3rd person. Ensuite bathroom, Kitchen, TV and DVD player with Freeview. Walk out of the lounge onto a patio/deck overlooking and orchard of fruit trees listen to the numerous birds singing or the horses next door. Linen and towels provided off street parking in front of attached garage on unit however garage can not be used. 8 mins to the airport 8 mins to the valley shopping centre 9 mins to the beach 5 mins to bell block shops and the warehouse 15 mins to Pukekura Park Guest have full access to the unit (not attached garage) and garden/orchard area We live in the main house just up from the unit so are available via text or call for any questions or help of any kind but like to give you your own space to enjoy your privacy Unit is accessed via our main driveway and as we have 3 young children (youngest under 3) and a dog, the gate over the driveway is automated and needs to be closed at all times for safety reasons. A code will be provided to you prior to arrival Must be ok with Dogs - our dog (a small spoodle) may occasionally wander down to the unit. He will sometimes bark at strangers but means no harm but we will try to keep him away for your stay. No parties or gatherings of any kind Wifi - as we are rural the wifi can get patchy and sometime the signal can drop out. The unit wifi signal comes from the main house and is therefore weak at times. It can be accessed from the lounge, front door and outside the unit but can not be accessed in the bedroom. If you rely on wifi please keep this in mind. We are open to negotiate the stay of pets depending on circumstances. There will be an extra $25 fee added on to the cleaning fee due to using extra products/cleaning after a pet has been in the property. Depending on availability and circumstance we could possibly offer to look after your pet for an extra fee if you needed to leave your pet at the property while out. I have owned and operated a pet sitting service and also worked for Guide Dog Services so have plenty experience with dogs/pets.
