Great 5 bedroom home near River Club of Mequon Country Club. Ideal home for weekend venues in Mequon where large family gatherings are preferred. We have hosted large family groups for all types of occasions! Natural fireplace for winter get togethers. Parties and events are not allowed per Airbnb. Brick, 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 3,000 square foot home in golf community. Natural fireplace, hardwood floors with lots of large Oriental rugs. TV above fireplace in family room kitchen area. Nice yard with deck, fire pit with Adirondack chairs and gas grill. Each bath has a shower and two baths have double sinks. High end linens and towels - always fresh, soft and very clean, only used for the guests. This house is provided as an option for family get togethers and is available for local events. Weekly rentals or longer can be negotiated with the owner. Guests have use of entire home. Home is fully furnished with nicely appointed furnishings. High end kitchen appliances, crystal wine glasses...everything a cook needs in the kitchen (not that you really want to cook?!). Yard and gardens well kept. Two car garage with space for one car inside, two cars on driveway and street parking for many cars across the street. Always available and I normally will walk through the home with guests at check-in and answer any questions upon arrival. Quiet suburban neighborhood with tastefully designed homes built within the confines of the 27 hole River Club of Mequon. Many of the homes are directly on or abut the River Club fairways and property. You will be able to use the 2 car garage for a single inside parking spot, and two car parking pad outside of garage door. Additional parking is available across the street.
