There’s a lovely rear garden and conservatory to relax in with a glass of wine, or you can walk down the hill into the village where there is a pub and an Italian restaurant serving delicious food. The wide, sandy beach stretches for miles and offers some great walking opportunities. The seaside resort of Barmouth is just 5 miles away, whilst to the north is Harlech which features a great choice of eateries and its mighty Edward I castle which broods dramatically over the town. The pretty market town of Dolgellau is well worth exploring, whilst several of the great little trains of Wales are within easy reach.
