Chittaway point is just 1 hour away from Sydney by car and is ideal either for a weekend getaway or for an extended stay to unwind by the lake. The point has a unique position on the coast where upon you can be 15 minutes from the best beaches in the country. The lake system is perfect for getting about on either fishing or sail craft. It has great fishing and crustaceous delights for the eager fisherman. The location is as well a must for nature and bike lovers! For an easy and enjoyable stay you need a car. While there are some local buses to fully explore the area a car is necessary. Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction without a refund of remaining funds or deposit. Age Limit: Please note that we do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years old unless a a specific exception has been approved. If you are a family travelling with supervised children you can proceed with the booking. Supplies: The home is stocked with a few things to assist upon your arrival such as some basic cooking items and toiletries. However, we do suggest you bring anything you need to make your stay feel comfortable. Kayaks: The use of the kayaks is on your own risk. No liability will be taken if they are used. Smoking: Smoking is only allowed on the terrace and not inside the home. If you smoke we kindly ask you to dispose of cigarettes appropriately. Pets: While pets are welcome we ask you not to let them on furniture and to pick up all waste.
