Offerings include open living upstairs with a queen-sized bed, living and dining areas, kitchenette (complete with coffee pot, water kettle, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator) and a beautiful tiled walk-in shower. Additional half bath and laundry facilities located upon main entrance.. Outdoor sitting area, with completely fenced in yard, provides a great space for you and your furry companion. Half bath and laundry facilities also available. Easily accessible without host assist, however host will be present to welcome you upon arrival when available. Great walking neighborhood, one mile from the downtown waterfront. Walking, driving, biking Front garage entrance available with instructions as well as side path to ABnB, located to the right of garage. Bathroom sink, and larger sink in laundry are available.
