Located adjacent to Miranda Homestead is Nina’s Cottage, a cute self contained one bedroom cottage sharing approx 2.5 acres. Here you can take in the breathtaking views of The Corner Inlet bay and explore the beautiful gardens and orchard fruit trees on the property. Only ten minutes to boat ramp and long jetty in Port Welshpool, Agnes Falls and within half an hour of Wilson’s Prom. Relax, hike, play golf, fish and enjoy all of what Sth Gippsland has to offer! Parking for car/boat. The cottage has split system heating/cooling and a coonara fire. Plenty of fire wood. The kitchen has fridge, microwave, electric frypan, coffee machine and outdoor patio has a bbq. Linen in included. There is a queen size bed and a pullout sofa in the lounge. Guests r free to pick any fruit that is available on the trees. The property is shared with Miranda Homestead. However there is ample space on the property for all guests to enjoy the gardens. In addition to the fruit orchard we now have a chicken coop where guests are free to use any eggs our chooks may have laid during your stay! Pls note that our chickens free range the property 12 hours a day and therefore pets are not allowed. There is ample parking on the property Pls note there is no oven or stove. There is an electric frypan and bbq for use to cook. At times the acerage may be shared with holidaymakers at Miranda Homestead. There are separate fenced areas to each property and then shared spaces around the property such as the orchard.
