Centrally located just outside the city in a family friendly neighborhood, it's the perfect location for all the local attractions including the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Whether you are in town for a wedding, concert, visiting family, or just coming to play, our home is the perfect place to end your day. The house has been renovated and is decorated with an eclectic style. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, two sitting chairs, and foot stools . Prop your feet up and relax while enjoying your favorite shows and movies using our complimentary NETFLIX, HULU, PRIME VIDEO DISCOVERY+, Disney+ and PUREFLIX apps on the smart tv. The bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and the occasional luxury item. The kitchen is stocked with the basic essentials for your cooking needs and of course there is a coffee bar to get your mornings started. There are two bedrooms which contain comfy queen size beds, a sitting chair, full length mirrors, and closets for clothing storage. A roll away bed is available upon request for an additional fee to accommodate extra guests. Please let us know ahead of time so that we can adjust your price and set that up before your arrival. There is a front porch to enjoy your morning coffee and a backyard with a picnic table to enjoy some relaxing time outdoors after a long day of touring the area. Guest have full access to the house, driveway, yard, and all emenities. I am a hands-off host, however if you should need anything I am a phone call or text away and always happy to help out in any way that I can to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Our community is small and cozy. Every warm heart who walks through our doors adds to the warmth and love that is part of our neighborhood.
