Discover a piece of paradise on a 2 acre country estate in the City of Kawartha Lakes suitable for people visiting, working or playing in the area. This roomy vacation space is on the main level with a private entrance and can accommodate 1-4 people. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Watch the sun go down in a west-facing sunroom. Enjoy an outdoor campfire, listen to the birds, the wind in the trees, view beautiful English gardens and relax in the large yard. This getaway is located on a scenic paved country road. This roomy non-smoking unit has a private keyed entrance into a west-facing sunroom. From the sun-room , enter a studio room with a smart tv, work station, an electric fireplace, a queen bed and a pull out couch. There is a separate 4 pc bathroom and a separate eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, keurig, electric frying pan, plates, cutlery and glassware. We are located about an hour and a half from Toronto International Airport. We are 5 minutes from Little Britain – a small country town with a Foodland grocery store, a famous bakery – Butter Tarts N More - an Olde English candy store, and a pub and pizza restaurant. We are located a short driving distance from great shopping areas, casinos, lakes, parks and ski hills. We are 5 minutes from the Trans Canada Trail. Because we live in the main part of the house, we can be available to help make your stay the best it can be. You have your own private entrance via the keyed patio doors on the west side of the house. Plenty of room for parking is available. We can accommodate a small trailer. We will work with guests with their check in and check out times. Please discuss to confirm time of arrival and departure. Entry to the space is on the west side of the house. You can text the host at any time. We live in the main part of the house. We are located in the country on a paved road. It is a private piece of property but not isolated. We are 5 minutes from little Britain – a small country town with a Foodland grocery store, a famous bakery – Butter Tarts N More an Olde English candy store, and a pub and pizza restaurant. For shopping guests, we are 10 minutes from Lindsay, 20 minutes from Port Perry, Bobcaygeon and Fenelon Falls. For the outdoor folks, we are 5 minutes from the Trans Canada Trail. There is plenty of parking available. There is room for a small trailer as well. We are 5 minutes from Little Britain which includes a Foodland Grocery/Liquor Store, Bake Shop, Pub and Restaurant, Chip Truck, Candy Shop, Pharmacy, and a Credit Union. Pets are by approval and may require an extra cleaning fee. Linens, bedding and soft pillows are provided. WIFI, Shaw Satellite and Amazon Prime are available. We are located on a paved road with a paved driveway.
