Located on 10 acres of land, this spacious house is just the right distance from several towns to offer both tranquility and accessibility; it's really all about how you decide to spend your time there! This is a 15-20 minute drive from Gettysburg, PA, Liberty Mountain Resort and Carroll Valley Golf Club, as well as plenty of state parks and hiking trails. So we've got a little bit of something for everyone in the crew! Come explore history, go on a shopping spree or hit the slopes or links! Secluded and peaceful are the two most appropriate words to describe this property. With only a couple of nearby neighbors, 5 acres of usable yard space, and over 2,500 Sq ft of house, you are sure to have the space you need to making lasting memories with your loved ones. Guests have full access to the two main floors of the house, including full kitchen, 2 living rooms, laundry room, dining room, 2.5 bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms. Guests are asked not to enter the garage or basement as these are utilized for the owner's private use. I will not be available in-person, but can be easily reached via text, phone call, or email. This house is not in a neighborhood, but does share a long "driveway" with 3 other homes. Though, with a 10 acre buffer to the front and immediately surrounding the house, and with trees lining the property, you barely notice "neighbors." Car The two king-size beds can be separated into twin beds and there are sheets available for that, however, that will need to be done by the guests.
