Quiet & Clean 2-BR Upstairs Apt in Trumansburg NY

As of Spring 2022, thankfully, COVID has eased. We will continue to take extra precautions to prevent the spread of illness. Quiet and clean upstairs apartment with private entrance in Trumansburg NY in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region with beautiful lakes, waterfalls, and gorges. There are several shopping and dining options within walking distance in the quaint Village center, and we are only ten miles from Ithaca, Cornell University, and Ithaca College. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with dining area, a full kitchen, a small study or meditation room, and a small bathroom with shower. Bedrooms have new queen beds, and there are also two new futons in the Living Room. Parking for two cars is available in the driveway. Kitchen appliances are in excellent shape. There is not laundry, a dishwasher, or in-sink garbage disposer. While you have the entire upstairs to yourselves, guests are welcome to enjoy our rear deck and backyard in warmer months. You would be sharing it with us and/or our dog, Rozie. There is also a gas grill that you are welcome to use. Hosts, Jerry and Lori, live downstairs with our dogs, Rozie and Suzie. We are available as much or as little as you like, and also very familiar with the Village if you need guidance. Our home is your home! Welcome to T-burg! Please note that we still take extra precautions with cleaning and disinfecting protocols, check-in and host-guest contact and communication, and general procedures. We are comfortable matching your level of caution! Trumansburg is the home of Taughannock Falls State Park which is 5 minutes by car. We are only 10 miles from Ithaca, as well. There are many dining choices in Trumansburg within walking distance, along with shops, and even a new brewery. The broader Trumansburg Village has many beautiful, tree-lined streets if you want to go for a walk or explore. Let us know if you have any specific needs beyond coffee, tea, and water and some basic snacks. We're glad to pick up some bagels from Ithaca Bakery for you, or local cheese and crackers with a bottle of wine - just ask!
