Charming House with Pool, Great Yard & Fireplace

Comfortable home in bucolic North Salem with pool, fireplace and 3 bedrooms. Hike in the nature preserve down the street, attend horse shows at Old Salem Farm, 6 minute drive to NYC bound train, and Michelin Star rated Farmer & The Fish Restaurant 2 miles from house. Or just relax in front of the fireplace, lounge poolside, roast marshmallows at the fire pit or barbecue on the patio. Primary bedroom has one queen bed and full bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed and third bedroom has one twin bed. The house has a full basement and blow up mattress should someone feel uncomfortable sharing a bed. The house isn't big but it's clean, comfortable and has everything you'll need! House is in a nice neighborhood with great people living nearby but not close enough to prevent privacy. Plenty of parking in large flat driveway. You have the house and yard to yourself but no access to garage and utility room in the basement. Call or text and I'll get right back to you! This is a quiet family neighborhood and any crazy loud parties, especially late at night, would not be tolerated. This rental is more for someone looking to get out of the city for quiet relaxation, visiting family nearby, in town for a horse show, etc. I LOVE our dogs and this is a pet friendly house, but I do not let my pets on the couch. I realize dogs will be dogs and cats don't follow any rules anyway so I would kindly ask that you would drape the blankets provided on any furniture your pet may be on.
