You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood - near the garden district, airport, and Bay View. Our place is good for business travelers such as traveling nurses, information technology people, etc. No unauthorized overnight guests . No smoking in unit. You MUST let us know about pets before booking is finalized. All pets MUST have up to date shots and be fixed. Some pets are not allowed due to insurance and an additional charge will be added for pets. No outdoor cats allowed. Free use of washer and dryer located in basement for guests who stay 7 nights or longer. Visitors have one off street parking space in rear of building. Access to unit is from the front door, second floor unit 4. My husband and I live in the building next door. Please use the Airbnb chat for any issues and that goes to all of our devices. Unit is on a bicycle route, walking distance to many eating establishments and bars, near mass transit, quiet residential street. Unit has one off street parking space, on bike route, near many bus lines, 2 miles from airport. This unit accepts cats and dogs. Pets must be up to date on shots and fixed. No outdoor cats. If you have allergies or can’t handle the occasional barking dog noise, it is advised not to stay here. There is easy access to the Milwaukee County Transit's "Green Line" which is the express line to downtown, running about every 10-15 minutes. The "15" route takes you to the heart of Bay View and Walkers Point. These are great ways to get around to all of Milwaukee's star attractions. City bus maps are available upon request. Our two bedroom apartment is located in a safe neighborhood of Milwaukee. Bay View is known for it's artsy and family oriented style. The unit is located on the second floor of a 4 family building. We live in the building next door. The washers/dryers are available to those people who rent for more than a week. Before you arrive, text, e-mail or phone would be the best way to contact us. When you arrive, please let us know right away so that we can assist you in getting orientated and headed in the right direction. I, or my husband, will do our best to be at the home when you arrive, but this may depend on your arrival time/date. If not, we will leave specific instruction on how to access the home.
