Located 2-2.5 hours from GTA & 20 min from Haliburton, 2 min from LCBO, Gas, Dollar Store, & convenience store. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, electric fireplace, spacious screened-in front deck, fire pit, jacuzzi, large living room perfect for entertaining, WiFi & a 65inch Smart TV. A sand bottom river borders the property, swimming, stand up paddle boards & kayaks await you. Make yourself at home in this cozy cottage - 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, sleeps 9-10! Highlights: Furnished space with everything guests will need for a stay - smart TV, Wifi, Netflix, full equipped kitchen, washer+dryer, bed linens and more. Outdoors: sand bottom river with dock, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards, fire pit, massive front and back patios for entertaining and relaxing. Come enjoy the pristine nature of Ontario cottage country! Five Points Trail System is also easily accessible - for OFTR (bikes), OF4WD (4x4s) and OFSC (snowmobiles). River is 350ft from the back deck of the cottage. Located in the Haliburton Highlands, there are plenty of trails and sights nearby. In the Highlands, every season has it's beauty! Summer with beautiful lakes to swim, fish, and get out on the water. The trees in the fall are breathtaking. In the winter, enjoy the peace and quiet of many local trails, spot the turkeys or go ice fishing at the nearby lakes! You are located 20 minutes from downtown Haliburton for shopping and restaurants and 30 minutes away from Sir Sam's Ski & Ride. There is plenty to explore in the area! Contau lake which has a beach and public boat launch is a 5 minute drive away. Downtown Haliburton, Haliburton Highlands Brewing, Sir Sam's Ski & Bike are only 20 minutes away. For the nature lovers - Haliburton Forest & Wild Life Reserve, Silent Lake Provincial Park, and Cooper's lookout (highly recommend visiting during autumn) are a ~40 minute drive away. The property is wooded and so you will not be able to see the cottage from the road, you will need to drive down our driveway off of the main road.
