Welcome to my home! This is a whole house that has 1 bedroom available to use. This is a dog friendly house with lots of local walks including Penllegare Woods. Drivable walks include Swansea Bay and the Gower Peninsula. The garden is fully fenced (fase for furry friends) with a side gate. There is a hot tub available in the garden. Close to amenities including shopping park with large Tescos and pub/restaurant. Great access to Swansea centre and The Gower Peninsula. One bedroom upstairs with double bed. A lovely residential estate. You have your own front door. There is street parking available. The house is situated on a residential estate. Lots of families in the estate. Close to mototorway and main routes to Swansea and Gower via car. Bus stops near house for getting to Swansea. This is my home, so I will move out for your stay.
