The location of the apt is ideal for holidays even without using the car, being 100 m from the small station of the Pusteria train to access the ski slopes and having the Pusteria cycle path in front of the house. The 110 m2 duplex apartment consists of a large living-kitchen-dining room, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The apt has been completely renovated by the architect owner. Self Check in Tourist taxes are included in the price The apartment has a total area of approximately 110sqm and is spread over two floors, the first and the second and last floor of a small building. In the whole apartment the floor is made of wood and it has a floor heating upstairs and in the two bathrooms. On the first floor there is the entrance that opens onto a small corridor leading to the three bedrooms and a the full bathroom. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and a mezzanine with two other single beds, for a total of 4 single beds and two double beds. (140 cm.) The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink and separate bathtub and shower. An internal staircase leads to the large and very bright space of the attic which extends for about 50 square meters. Here and in the bathrooms the floor is heated. In the whole apartment the floor is made of wood. Upstairs is the living area, the kitchen area, the dining area and a second bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. In this bathroom there is also a washer-dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, induction hob and dishwasher and all you need to cook in the best way The living room space also has a door leading to the condominium stairs and allowing easier access to the kitchen. A holiday even without using the car. It is possible and very convenient to go skiing by train: the Perca stop of the splendid and brand new Pusteria train is also the starting point of one of the Plan de Corones ski-cableway. It is also possible to rent all equipment for skiing and snowboarding at the Percha train-ski cableway interchange station. It is also possible to rent a comfortable 2 or 4 places heated locker for the duration of the stay in the storage area next to the ski rental and right next to the entrance to the ski-cableway. Next to the house you can also find the beautiful Pusteria cycle path that reaches Lienz in Austria and is always connected with the train line so that you can also go back home by train with the bike in tow. From the cycle path of the Pusteria it is possible to access and many other cycle paths that go into other valleys of the Val Pusteria. The whole area is full of splendid walks full of mountain huts where you can stop and eat the typical dishes of Pusteria with paths suitable for everyone: from the most skilled hikers to families with small children. We will not be there but you can reach us whenever you need something It s a small village where you can fInd very close to the apt a Conad supermarket, a small bank with an ATM , and a nice playground for children with, in winter, an ice skating ring. There is also a castle and a bistrot close to the supermarket WINTER Skiers have two options to get to Kronplatz: a small train 100m from the house stopping in Percha, where the gondola lift departs for Kronplatz. This is undoubtedly the option we'd recommend. Otherwise you can drive 25 minutes to Riscone where there are other ski lifts that get to Kronplatz. Non skiers have a wonderful array of walking options on well beaten paths even in winter that take you to lovely alpine huts where you can rest and enjoy local Tyrolean delicacies. In the house you'll find some brochures and a booklet with information about how to reach some of the most beautiful places we've discovered over the years. SUMMER In front of the house you can find the Pusteria cycle path that leads to Lienz in Austria via San Candido. The cycle path follows the Pustertal Express line and so there is the possibility to stop at the stations (e.g. Brunico, Dobbiaco, San Candido, etc.) and go back home by train or vice versa. In Brunico and San Candido you can find bicycles and e-bikes for hire, even with seats and trolleys for children and dogs. A few minutes away by car you'll find a small swimming lake called Issengo with a small restaurant that also does home deliveries. Next to the lake is an adventure circuit called Kronaction with trails suitable for all ages where you get the undivided attention of the excellent instructors. ALL YEAR LONG If you'd like to relax, in Riscone you'll find CRON 4 a wonderful wellness centre with 4 swimming pools and different kinds of saunas and Turkish baths. Lastly we recommend visiting Brunico delightful little old town full of bars, shops and restaurants, also reachable by train. On request you can have a baby bed at a cost of € 10 per week for bed linen. It is possible and very convenient to park your car in the private garden of the house. You can use our basement which is few steps down the main entrance to leave your skis in winter and your bicycles in summer.
