Two Bedroom Annex at Middle Filham

The Annex at Middle Filham is a beautifully presented two bedroom self contained accommodation with a private entrance. Just outside Ivybridge on the edge of Dartmoor it provides a very comfortable base in the heart of the South Hams. Both bedrooms have king sized beds and the master bedroom has a door leading to your own private outdoor space with patio and seating. New for 2022 a large undercover dining area and bar-b-cue facilities. We live next door and occasionally pass through the garden to tend to our 4 chickens who are in the field but guests are left alone in this private space. We replenish any crockery etc with clean that you use throughout your stay, we just ask guests to pop the dirty dishes outside in the box provided and we do the rest! We are in a rural location approximately 3 minutes drive down a narrow Devon lane off the main road. We are 1 mile by car from the centre of Ivybridge or a 15 minute walk, we are also a 10 minute walk from Ivybridge railway station. Situated in the heart of the South Hams just a few minutes from the edge of Dartmoor and the start of The Two Moors Way we are also just 20 minutes from the nearest beach.
