Cincinnati, Xavier, UC, The Ark, Creation Museum, Newport Aquarium, Jack's Casino, Music Hall, Kings Island, Cincinnati Zoo, concert venues, and much more.. Enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 balconies), 2 full bathrooms, 2 day beds, 2 sofa's, full kitchen and kitchenette, a mini bar, plenty of free on street park and much more!! While utilizing your free WIFI and 5 TV’s, you’ll feel like you’ve never left home as you experience all the amenities we have to offer. We have 4 smart TV's that include Hulu + Hulu live and one HD TV with a DVD player and plenty of DVD's to choose from. Begin with 3 bedrooms, complete with 2 queen beds on the second floor and a full size bed on the main floor. All bedrooms provide TV, plus large closet and dresser space for short or extended visits. The master bedroom is equipped with a desk to finish off your busy day and a unique chess/backgammon table to relax. Step out on the balcony for some quiet time if necessary. Your second bedroom features a queen size electric bed by Serta. Adjust your head and feet for that perfect Serta night’s sleep. Or, sleep comfortably and quietly away from it all downstairs on the main floor in a full size bed with your own bathroom and adjoining “hangout” room. Downstairs is complete with mini fridge, microwave, mini bar, fun and game boards for adults and kids. Daybed with trundle offers 2 twin beds if needed and downstairs complete with corner sofa/lounger folding into a sleeper. Upstairs living also includes a living room with a daybed/trundle providing 2 more twin beds and a fold down futon couch/sleeper for your convenience. Relax and watch TV OR read a good book from our spacious fireplace library of kids and adult reading material! Your fully equipped kitchen includes a table for four(with 2 leafs for additional guests) and all the appliances/cookware necessary if you just want to relax to a family style dinner! Your stay also includes complementary coffee, tea, and snacks! The entire house We are available via email, text, or in person before or during your visit. The property has a lock box with the keys for two separate entries at check in. If you have any special request please let us know and we will accommodate if at all possible! The property is minutes (and a short Uber ride) away from Downtown Cincinnati, home to three major league sports teams (Reds, Bengals, FC Cincinnati), and a great night life on the banks! In addition to downtown there are a lot of attractions in the area such as the Ark, the Creation Museum, Cincinnati Zoo, and Kings Island just to name a few. At check in there we will be a binder outlining things to do in the area, restaurant options, and pamphlets from main attractions. Uber, Lyft, or a cab ride away from everything, but if your looking for a small bar/restaurant, there are several within walking distance!
