Alternatively, bring the whole gang for a biking trip through the rail trail and discover the wonder of Glen Rock Mountain. So get out of town and head for the hills (hour & 20 from CBD) and peace-out. It’s our retro holiday house buzzing with grooviness! Additional massive cool area under the house with extra fridge, lounge and games like table tennis and soon to be…a pool table. The house is fully fenced to ensure furry family members are safe. Yet, a walk down the yard at dawn or dusk will blow your mind , catching glimpses of kangaroos, deers and if you a very lucky, koala bears that live in the bush nearby . Park inside or outside the picket fence. Plenty of parking on the street Yes, no contact but available at all times to help out just text and I’ll respond ASAP At the end of East street you will find magnificent Glen Rock Mountain, where there is a serious plan for a mountain climbing construct in the near future . Nearby attractions include Lake Somerset and Lake Wivenhoe, both lakes created by dams which provide a number of camping areas with facilities and opportunities for water-based recreational activities including boating, canoeing, fishing and skiing and Ravensbourne and Crows Nest National Parks. The historic Bellevue Homestead is located in the area. Also close by are the peaks Glen Rock and Mount Esk. Bike it or walk , drive to the dams
