Entrance level features pool table, full bathroom, kitchenette/laundry, and two bedrooms (queen bed and 2 twin). Cozy house within walking distance to a sandboxed beachfront on the lake. This gated lake community features a golf course, two swimming pools, community parks, horses, and a lake front restuarant. There are several activities for the whole family or a couples retreat. 5-6 parking spots on property, plenty of outdoor seating and large flat backyard. Lake of the Woods is generally very quiet peaceful, and tranquil. It is definitely a perfect getaway from city life for relaxation, and rejuvenation. You will need a personal car since you checkin and maintain a sticker to go in and out of gated community. There is security and surveillance at all points of entry and exit to the community. Guest access is ONLY route 3 main gate to Lake of the woods. You are free to exit at back gate closer to this house. There is also another golf course when you make a right from the back gate. Please maintain a clean and safe environment for others to enjoy, and only use what's reasonably enough for allotted stay. No noise or speeding in this neighborhood. only 25mph once you enter community.
