I also list a separate single room for those who would prefer not to share. This room is stunning The penthouse is large spacious , elegantly decorated, with two indoor dining rooms and outdoor dining on balconies also . There is a large kitchen balcony , balconies off all bedrooms and stunning views of the vast landscaped gardens and overlooking farmleigh house and the Phoenix park just minutes away on foot . It has all the mod cons, great cooking facilities, a workspace if needed , a plethora of board games on site, a mini sports table with fusball, mini pool, air hockey, table tennis, great speedy WiFi, crisp clean white Egyptian cotton linen, toiletries hairdryers . The communal living room with vaulted ceilings is v large with two sets of double doors opening out to a viewing balcony . The views are spectacular , the bedrooms are large sumptious and private . This is a special property Castleknock village , a chic area of Dublin is a pleasant five minute walk through the beautiful landscaped grounds with a pedestrian gate with key code leading out into the village. If you go out the main gates and turn left you are a two minute walk from the famous Phoenix park and the history and many amenities it has to offer . Public transport is excellent in this area with easy access to the city centre by bus and good rail links too, that can take you into the heart of Dublin (30 mins max) or to the coast (approx 45 mins ) donabate beach is 20 mins by car . Dublin City is 10 mins drive . The motorway is v close by car so you can set off exploring the counties of Ireland at ease : I’m happy to make many suggestions . Parking is available but I will need to know as I will provide you with a visitors permit to park your vehicle . We have parking spaces directly outside the building and also a v secure underground car park so your vehicle will always be safe . I will be more than happy to offer you as much assistance as I can throughout your stay . I can offer suggestions on places to go , things to do, local amenities great places to eat advise on best ways to get from place to place and general recommendations . If I can I am happy to drive guests to places , and if I’m rustling up a breakfast you are more than welcome to tuck in as I love to cook for people ! I am always contactable by phone and will be on head to happily cater to your needs during your stay . 😊 In the heart of castleknock a salubrious Dublin neighbourhood and a stones throw from the Phoenix park With good transport links lots to see and do and free parking Great bus links 5 mins walks from the property , train links 15 mins away . I’m happy to ferry your party to the train if I’m available. Transport links are excellent here . There is parking available too either out the front of the private complex or in a private underground car park for residents and guests . There is also bike hire locally and the village of castleknock is easy to reach on foot with the Phoenix park a stones throw away . You can hop on a bus to the city centre or take a bus the other way to the Blanchardstown shopping centre which has everything any shopaholic desires ! Croke park is 23 mins away by train too so this property is in a brilliant safe and v upmarket location I can split the double room into a space with 2 single beds for those friends and family travelling together who would prefer their own bed (I know I like mine!) please specify at time of booking If you require this : I also list a pretty single room All the time , and a master suite on rare occasion .
