5 THE OLD BANK MANNINGTREE

Introducing 5 The Old Bank! A delightful and spacious one bedroom apartment in the heart of Manningtree, a small Essex town on the River Stour. The Old Bank is a newly converted late Georgian building. It is primely placed at the top of the High Street so you'll find all that Manningtree has to offer just outside the door. Number 5 is a newly completed ground floor apartment with an open plan kitchen living and dining area. The space has great high ceilings and a large sash window that looks over Manningtree’s market place. The cosy bedroom has a big comfortable king size bed along with a wardrobe and windows looking out on to the paved courtyard. Just off the kitchen is a modern bathroom with large shower enclosure, toilet and sink within fitted cabinets and a big heated towel rail. The space offers a very comfortable stay for two guests.
