Parking for one car only but there is paid for parking opposite. Clean tidy house in fabulous location. Open plan sitting and dining room and kitchen. Light and spacious. Double bedroom ensuite with shower. Double room with shared family bathroom. Twin bedroom with shared bathroom. Downstairs loo. Parking space for one car only although there is paid for parking opposite at Northshore Tend to leave you to it but M around to give local advice . May be on my boat if too crowded Access to West Wittering and all the wonderful outdoor activities there are around here. Walks to Birdham, Boat Trips, Nature Reserves, Bird Sancturaries, Bike Rides, Kayaking, Sailing, Horseriding, not to mention very easy access to Goodwood.... everything ... who needs to go abroad?! with this on the South Coast. You will probably need a car to get here, but once here, its car, walk, sail, boat, cycle, horseride etc etc. There is an outdoor cat called Spook!
