Our upscale solar home features high speed, reliable WIFI, a private suite with a queen bed, large bath, and a sitting room with a desk for remote working or just relaxing. Use includes Bocce Ball Court, spa on the front deck with seating and towels, semi private back deck with barbeque. Conveniently located three miles from of Placerville in a quiet neighborhood and within a short drive to over 70 wineries. We are located one hour from South Lake Tahoe and 45 minutes from Sacramento. The North Wing of our home is all yours! A comfortable private place in our Solar Home with a large shared deck with barbecue, fire pit with beautiful views, high speed, reliable WIFI. Relax with complimentary coffee and a nice glass of local wine in the evening. Complimentary bottle of wine upon check-in. Your well appointed room has a Queen bed and a private large bathroom with a tub and shower. There is a coffeemaker, fridge and tv with Roku that has Hulu and Netflix, freshly laundered robes, yoga mats, ironing board and iron, space heater. There is a barbecue for your use. There is also a 10’ x 60’ Bocci Ball Court to use at your pleasure during the day or under the evening stars. Enjoy the spa and extra seating on our front deck. Come and visit the beautiful foothills of the Sierrra’s, Apple Hill, and over 70 wineries and tasting rooms spanning across our landscape. We are always happy to direct you to our favorites. There is a semi-private entrance and hallway door so you will have complete privacy in the guest area and easy access to shared areas. You will be greeted by your host. We would be more than happy to answer any questions you might have regarding the area and local eateries, wineries etc. If you would prefer more privacy we can communicate through phone calls or text. Our home is located in the Placerville area, 3 miles from the quaint gold rush town of Placerville, which is home to the oldest hardware store west of the Mississipi and is a must see. Roam through the unique shops and enjoy some of the great restaurants and wineries our area has to offer. We can provide a picnic basket lunch and wine carrier for your daily travels if desired.
