Family-Friendly House in Leskovec

Our new house in the quiet village of Leskovec gives you all the benefits of a relaxing time in the country while still providing all the comforts of a modern, energy efficient home. Perfect for families, you will be in easy reach of Vsetin's town and leisure facilities. Our home was built in October 2012 as an energy-efficient house. The house has been designed by us as an open plan downstairs with four zones: lounge, fireplace sitting area, dining area and kitchen with large island. Also downstairs is a toilet, shower room and utility area under the stairs. Upstairs there are three large, airy double bedrooms with views of the surrounding hills and a large family bathroom. The house is energy-efficient, which gives you the advantage of staying cool in the summer and warm in the winter. This allows you to make the most of your relaxation at Chalupa Leskovec whatever the weather :) We are proud of this family house we have created. This is our 'home away from home' and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do every time we come to stay. You will have private, full access to the main house. Also on the site is an original and traditional Wallachian wooden cottage (over 100 years old) and old garage/shed. These outbuildings are not part of the rent but add to the privacy of the new house. You will have full and private access to the garden, which includes a sitting area, children's play area and private drive (off street parking for up to four cars). Unhosted. You will enjoy the house by yourself. There will be a key-safe on site for you to gain access to the property when you arrive. We provide an extensive house manual so you can check how things work if you are not sure: but they are all simple! We can be contacted on phone and email if you have specific questions throughout your stay. There is a shop and play park for kids. Our favourite pub is by the train station called 'Pod Lipou', which also has its own childrens play area. For grown ups they offer lovely Czech beer, wine and nibbles. Leskovec has its own railway station and two bus stops, with easy access to the local town, Vsetin, and other local popular tourist destinations like Velke Karlovice. Public transport is easy, with bus stops and the train station both within a 5 minute walk from the house. There is a taxi rank and a major bus station outside Vsetin railway station. Public transport is extremely good value and essential if everyone in your party wants to enjoy the local beers and wines! The house is fully furnished and comes with games, activities, books and DVDs etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge freezer, induction hob and electric grill/oven. The cleaning products, dishwasher products and tea towels are all provided, please replace them when they run out. There is a larder with dry food, please use it and replace when it runs out too. The bedrooms will have fresh bedding and towels ready for you. Each bedroom has a wardrobe. The bathroom and toilets have toilet paper, towels, and liquid soap. Please replace them when they run out.
