House on Water/ Pickwick / End of the Road

Private waterfront setting with plenty of wildlife. The house over looks a large water inlet that flows into the Tennessee River with plenty of fish and water sports. Located at the end of the road 8 miles from Iuka Ms ; come enjoy a swimming beach & beautiful sunsets. The house is around 10 years old with a double fireplace, one inside and one outside on the porch. Great get-away place for all seasons. For more private sleeping there is a box fan in each bed room that can be used for late sleepers. All of the house is the guest to use I will be available anytime you might have questions or problems This place is about 15 minutes from town but is very quiet and secure. If you like quite nights with maybe hearing an owl or coyote now and then, this is the place you would like. Good paved roads until the last 1.5 mile is gravel. The driveway is paved up the hill to the double wide carport. Must be 25 years old to rent
