Adorable 2 bedroom cottage with free parking

Beautiful well equipped small cottage at the edge of Salisbury. 30 minutes walk into city centre or bus 2 minutes walk . Beautiful walks into the countryside and in particular the Clarendon Way without crossing any roads. The cottage is ideal for a small family with 2 double bedrooms (both with double beds) and I am happy for you to have well behaved pets. There is a small terraced garden with outdoor dining. Stonehenge, Wilton, New Forest and the south coast are all within an easy drive. Small but perfectly formed cottage attached to an ecclesiastical Victorian gothic residence with dragons! Quite literally the last house in Salisbury heading south. Downstairs there’s a lounge with under stairs closet for coats etc, a kitchen with dining table, downstairs loo and access to terraced garden with outdoor seating. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Please bear in mind that this is my home and not a holiday home, so it will be filled with all my personal possessions etc which I know that you will respect. There will, of course, be space for your things in closets etc during your stay. There’s allocated parking for the house plus visitor parking bays for additional vehicles. There is the choice of steps or a slope up to my house. I’m always available to chat to during your stay if you need any information or have any questions Right at the edge of Salisbury with beautiful countryside at the back which you don’t even have to cross a road to get to. There’s a 24/7 Tesco's Extra and a Lidl’s 5 minutes walk away and it is a 30 minute walk into the city. There is a bus 2 minutes walk from the house. There are the fabulous ruins of Clarendon Palace - about 30 minutes walk - complete with alpacas grazing around them. There's also a wonderful petting farm - River Bourne Community Farm - about 30 minutes walk or drivable. Gorgeous pub within walking distance. Free parking at house. Bus route into Salisbury or Southampton within 2 minutes walk of house. 5-10 minutes drive into Salisbury depending on traffic but you can walk right to city centre in 30 minutes. Strictly no smoking in or on grounds of property.
