I OFFER MONTHLY DISCOUNTS The house was built in 1858 and is situated on 7 acres. Plenty of off street parking. The house has 5 bedrooms available. Even when I have a full house it is always very quiet. I suppose the kitchen is the social hub of the house. There is a small grocery store about a quarter mile away, other than the store it is all residential. The rooms are all professionally decorated with upscale furnishings. The house is very quiet, even when it is completely full and I'm sure you will feel very comfortable in your private room Guess have access to all of the common areas which would include the kitchen living room with a large screen TV and all the channels and use of the laundry facility the yard which has a campfire and Spring Pond I will always greet my guest and set them up in their private room and show them the house. I am always available via text message for any questions they may have during their stay. There is not public transportation that goes by my house so a car would be needed staying at my location however there are Uber services. I welcome my guests to feel at home however I do expect them to clean up the kitchen and bath after them self since it is a shared space, respect the house rules which are to have a clean/ quiet space for everyone else to enjoy.
