Quiet and relaxing lake cabin

Edited for summer 2021 due to covid-19 (subject to change): We are fortunate that our cabin was made for social distancing. It sits on almost an acre of land in the country, so it is easy to avoid contact with others (except those you bring with you;) ). Due to the unprecedented health crisis we now find ourselves in, we have taken the advice of health officials and Airbnb to help minimize the potential for covid-19 to be transmitted between our guests. Looking for some family time or just time to get away from your hectic life - come relax at this 2 bedroom cabin surrounded by the lake on one side and the woods on the back side with 3/4 acres to enjoy the outdoors - including a campfire pit, play area for kids, sandbox, dock and swimming area. The lake has public access to launch your boat - the lake is perfect for both recreation and fishing! This beautiful cabin on Little Marion Lake has a very warm inviting feel with an open concept kitchen with island/breakfast bar and a comfortable living room overlooking the lake. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The nautical themed bathroom has a large shower and granite top vanity. The yard slopes down with newly installed wooden stairs that lead to the lake where there is a shallow and gradual sloped entry - perfect for children to swim or to fish off the dock. There is a nice fire pit to keep you warm with the gorgeous view on your peaceful nights. Guests will have access to the (almost) 1 acre property including the dock, lake access, and cabin (excluding the shed & storage area). We are just an email or call away if you have any questions or issues arise. This is a country setting with cabins/houses on larger lots around the lake. Your best mode of transportation is car as this is in lake (Website hidden by Airbnb) public transportation like in a big city. Use your boat, jet-ski, kayak, paddleboard, or whatever water transportation you prefer to cruise around the lake and enjoy the Minnesota summer There are many child-friendly amenities, with a swing-set play area, child-friendly dishes, toys, books, movies, and portable crib and high-chair upon request. Additional items you may want to bring in order to make your stay more comfortable: - extra bath towels and beach towels (we do provide one bath towel for everyone) - bug spray - firewood for the campfire - charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill Pets allowed upon approval and for an additional fee. No campers/RVs/motorhomes are allowed to stay overnight on the property. Two single-person kayaks are included for your use while renting the cabin (with waiver release signed).
