Nectar Farm is a beautiful home in a private setting at the end of a long dirt road with amazing views. There are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with master bath; and two bedrooms, which share a full bath and laundry. A half bath is on the main floor. The large living room has hardwood floors with ample space for yoga in a sun-filled room with lots of windows. Accommodations include one king sized bed, and two queen beds and one double futon that's in the living room. Note: The super comfortable beds are Bob-O-Pedic mattresses, which are all CertiPur-US certified which means they are not made with any chemicals or harmful materials. Our place is perfect for couples, travelers, week-end getaways, a girl’s weekend, artists, nature lovers, yogis, a retreat, parents visiting their kids at local boarding schools, and families (not suitable for infants or toddler) for short or extended stays. Nectar Farm is perfect for anybody looking for a lovely comfortable place to experience nature for brief or extended stays. (Note: We also rent another property, a classic antique cape, which is a mile away from Nectar Farm in Lyndeborough NH, HomeAway 4978420) While at Nectar Farm enjoy spectacular sunset dinners on the screened porch while the kids catch fireflies! Fall asleep snug and safe in your beds, to the sounds of crickets, peepers, owls, and the occasional nighttime call of a coyote or bear. This peaceful sanctuary is perfect for everybody who loves: easy hiking in fields and quiet forests, bird-watching, snowshoeing in winter, and the thrill of catching sight of deer, fox, turkeys, porcupines and the rare sighting of a moose or bear. You won't want to leave! But if you do go exploring there is plenty to do in the nearby Monadnock Region, Lakes Region, White Mountains, and Seacoast. Golfing, skiing, and if you love hiking, there are easy hikes on nearby Temple, North Pack, Pack Monadnock, Winn, Lyndeborough and Rose Mountains (all seen from Nectar Farm!), and for a challenge you’ll want to hike Mount Monadnock. And who knows, you just might begin that novel or read novels already written as you restore, refresh and rejuvenate during your stay at Nectar Farm. While the house does not have air conditioning, there are fans in every room, and the house sits on a hill that gets wonderful breezes. The fragrant breezes are lovely and nights on the screened-in porch are magical - so peaceful yet filled with the sounds of the forest and fields - oh, and you might need a light sweater! Guests may access and enjoy all rooms on two floors of the entire house, which is not shared. The basement and attic is private and not part of the rental. House Rules: - No candles allowed, our town has a volunteer fire department. - We recycle. Place trash in the appropriate bins provided in the kitchen and in the garage. -Airbnb holds the security deposit, not us, and is to account for any damages. -Abusing alcohol and illegal drug use is not tolerated.
