Beach house in Trelleborg

A modern minimalistic villa just 30 meters from the ocean. It is a modern villa with all the equipment you need.The neigbourhood is quiet and calm. You most often hear the sea, but beside from that it is completely quiet. Parking 2 cars outside if needed is no problem. It is close to the centre of Trelleborg and close to the Harbour. Smygehamn, Ystad and Österlen is a shorter drive. Two smaller beds for disposal after 7 guests, a total of 9 people can be hosted if needed.
