This house can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home! The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The bedrooms contain comfy king-sized beds with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The property is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have the entire place for themselves during the stay. My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team that works hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. Seixas is a very picturesque parish in the municipality of Caminha. There is a strong fishing community here. Bicycle - Minho River Ecovia Caminha /Cerveira. Train Station of Seixas at 300mts. Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 100€ included.
