Clean, comfortable, newly renovated one bedroom apartment is fully furnished for your stay, has wifi, off street parking and washer and drier. Futon sofa in livingroom if adding extra guest. Off street parking is readily available on side and front of the unit. Midland is a quiet, small town along the Ohio River with easy access to Shell Plant Parking lots, Shippingport Power Plant. Approx 15 mins from route 376. Everything you need within a few minute drive. Contact with any questions Recently renovated one bedroom apt fully furnished and stocked with essentials for your stay. Livingroom can be used as an additional bedroom/sleeping area and is furnished with a futon sofa, dresser, 32” Roku tv, recliner and end table. You’ll be staying at the end of town where no much goes on! There is off street parking available right after the unit. Street parking is also available and usually not an issue at all. There is a Dollar General and Family Dollar located within a minutes as well as two gas stations, Rite Aid Pharmacy, Midland Beer Distribution and a few great places to grab a bite to eat or take out. I live locally just a few minutes away. I like to give guests their space but am always available for questions or if you need help with anything at all. The locals are all very welcoming, friendly and excited to have so many new people come to the area over the last few years! It’s a very quiet area, safe with little happening!! Everything you need is in town and larger shopping areas are just a short distance Most businesses are on Midland Avenue (you’ll be staying at the last place on Midland Ave in town) and have parking lots so you don’t need to park on the street. In the few instances you may need to park on the street, there’s usually no problem finding a space. Small, house trained pets are welcome as long as they do not disturb others. Please understand that when allowing pets to stay it is highly likely for accidents and requires extra cleaning when you leave. The pet fee is for the extra cleaning (ex: pet hair on furniture, stain on the rug from an accident) and possible damage (claw marks on the walls, furniture/items chewed). I will get your information and after check out if there isn’t any damage I will refund half of the fee, in a few other cases I’ve been able to refund almost the entire fee. If you would like a work area, please let me know and we will make sure to have one ready for you! Children are always welcome!
