Single level 3 bedroom home, one main bathroom, a second combined with the laundry area and an additional hot & cold outdoor shower. (3 showers & 2 toilets). Main Bedroom - Queen bed (new mattress) with 2 x chest of drawers and bedside tables. Bedside lamps with built in recharging stations for mobile devices. Adjacent to the main bedroom is the second indoor bathroom with shower and seperate toilet and the laundry area + second fridge. Second Bedroom - Queen size bed, bedside tables and drawers, mirror, luggage rack and hanging space + bedside lamp. Third Bedroom - 3 new Single bedtime and mattresses, with additional spring foam mattress able to be used on the floor in this room or moved into the lounge room or main bedroom. Three bedside tables and lamps. One large chest of drawers and mirror. Lounge room is in an open plan area combined with kitchen and indoor dining room. This area is air conditioned. Indoor dining chairs for 6 people and additional chairs from outdoor dining can be brought inside. A study desk and chair are also located in the lounge room for people who might want to work whilst staying. A new digital smart TV is located here as well as board games and many books. Kitchen is original & very functional with a beautiful outlook over the covered patio and front law out over onto Morwong Beach. It contains an electric oven, cook top, microwave, coffee pod machine, plenty of great pots and pans, kitchen utensils, spices and basics. Outdoor covered dining area has a new large extendable table and comfy chairs. Outdoor fireplace and additional second BBQ (Webber). The porch area also has numerous single chairs to relax under cover or can be taken out onto the lawn. If it's raining the Webber BBQ can be brought under the cover of the patio. A well maintained home that is comfortable, with new bedding, almost all new mattresses and bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. To all rooms inside the home. 3 Push bikes on the premises suitable for teen to adult size I am available by phone throughout your stay to ensure you have a wonderful experience. ‘Turning Tides’ is located on the north side of the island amongst other residential and holiday homes. There is a concrete road in front of the house and then a gravel road of approximately 50 metres to the beach. It’s as close to the beach as you will get on Coochie and Morwong Beach is the best on the island. With unobstructed views from the house to the beach and water regardless of the weather is a place to relax and unwind. Coochiemudlo Island is approximately 5 square kilometres in size. It is easy to walk anywhere, or use our push bikes (2-3), bring a scooter or skateboard or bring your car on the barge. There is ample parking on the premises for 2 cars and street parking otherwise. You will need to bring your own groceries or you can pre order with Woolworths online a delivery to your door (please do this days in advance before your arrival to ensure you can choose the delivery window that suits you). There are two places you can eat out on the island; Curlew Cafe & Convenience Store located near the ferry terminal which is open daily. Location 22 Victoria Parade South. Some yummy treats including the best almond croissants and good coffee. Owner & chef Joe also has special nights where he cooks a particular cuisine. Coochiemudlo Island Beach Bar is also open Thursday to Sunday currently (Feb 2022). Located at 38 Victoria Parade South.
