For the outdoor enthusiasts, there are nearby hiking and mountain biking trails as well as the Sandia Peak Ski Area. Large, open concept living areas provide the perfect space for making wonderful memories. 1.3 miles from historic Route 66 and easy access to Interstate 40. Plenty of free parking is available on the property. Guests will have the house to themselves. I may or may not be available in person if needed. I may or may not be staying in an RV on the property. Quiet rural neighborhood with 1.5 to 2 acre lots. The elevation of this home is 7000 feet above sea level.
