It is minutes away from Shady Maple Market (one of the largest in Lancaster) 9 miles from Kitchen Kettle Village and Lapp Valley Farms. It is 17 miles away from all the Lancaster Outlets and the spectacular shows at Sight and Sound Theatre and American Music Theatre. We are 1 hour away from Hershey Park Chocolate World and 28 miles from the elaborate Longwood Gardens. You will have the full basement of a single family home for you to use for your own enjoyment with your own private entrance. Enjoy our newly finished one bedroom and large common space basement with your own private entrance. Feel free to use our outdoor deck if you’d like. On the front side of our property, we also have a fire pit that you are more than welcome to use. Since we live upstairs and you see us outside feel free to introduce yourselves, we would love to meet you! We live in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by Amish farms in Lancaster County. We also have nearby hiking trails for your outdoor enjoyment. We have plenty of parking space for your vehicle on our driveway. If you need to get around without a car, you can use Uber; otherwise there is not much public transportation as we are located in the countryside. The space is not handicap accessible - You must be able to go up and down steps.
