A modern self-contained King-sized room with its own private entrance and free off road parking for one vehicle. Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood bordering the New Forest National Park and within easy reach of the coastal city of Southampton. This accommodation has recently been refurbished in February 2022 throughout and offers comfortable living space providing a great place to relax and unwind. The room consists of comfortable king-size bed, dining table, flat screen TV, mini fridge, coffee making facilities. With black-out blinds, dressing area, clothes rail and good size TV. The modern ensuite shower room contains a walk in electric shower, large basin and WC. Luxury towels, high quality cotton linen, complimentary toiletries and hair dryer are provided. Guests have their own private entrance so can come and go as they please. We live in the main house so can be on hand to provide any information or recommendations regarding the surrounding area if required, however, equally can leave you to enjoy your stay. West Totton is situated on the edge of the New Forest National Park and the coastal city of Southampton. We are conveniently located within close proximity to both the M27 and M3, both Southampton and Bournemouth International airport are within easy reach. Southampton City is the home port to a number of large cruise ships, both the terminal and city centre are only a short drive away. Southampton also boasts West Quay, a large shopping centre as well as The Mayflower theatre which features West End shows and musicals. Local convenience stores and other amenities are within walking distance as well as larger supermarkets close by. Totton train station is a five minute drive serves the South Western Main line with regular direct trains to London Waterloo, Weymouth and Winchester . A bus stop is located at the end of our road which can take you directly into the city. Attractions such as Paultons Park which features Peppa Pig World, Beaulieu National Motor Museum, Longdown Activity Farm and The New Forest Wildlife Park are all within easy reach by car.
