Unique, comfortable and spacious 1920's style family seaside home looking onto the secluded Port e Vullen beach. Perfect for families or a group of friends. Plenty of space for entertaining or just chilling. Well equipped with AGA oven and open fireplace. Peaceful, set back from the road with large established gardens front and back and a spacious parking area. Private patio with built in bbq on cliff overlooking the bay. Private path to the beach. Approved by IOM Homestay number IM01635. Spacious and comfortable with all rooms benefiting from sea or mountain views. There is a lovely light and airy feel to the house. Spacious kitchen and informal dining area with views of the sea, with adjacent snug. Separate formal dinning area and large comfortable sitting room. You can hear the waves from the master bedroom and bedroom 3. Both bathrooms have lovely sea views and you can sometimes spot a seal whilst brushing your teeth! Plenty of space for off street parking for up to 4 cars. You can walk into Ramsey in about 20 minutes either along the beach, when the tide is out, or by the road. You can also take the electric railway from the Belle Vue or Port Lewaigue stops (5-10min walk). There is a regular bus service to Douglas or other destinations on the Island. Beautiful seaside rural area. Unspoilt and picturesque. Friendly neighbourhood with the occasional kayaker, paddle boarder or sailing boat passing. The beach is quiet and great for spotting seals, porpoise, Manx shearwater and lots of other sea birds. Also great for swimming as the sea is gradual to deepen. The house is flanked by two headlands boasting spectacular coastal path walks. The nearby Venture centre can assist anyone wanting to try an outdoor pursuit for the first time. They can organise kayaking lessons, gorge walking, coasteering, sailing and most other activities very locally. Ramsey is a 20 minute walk or short electric railway or bus journey where there are two supermarkets shops selling locally caught fresh fish and price winning Manx meat and a couple of farmers markets selling local produce from fabulous local goats cheese to organically grown local vegetables. Ramsey also has some great restaurants and a super ice cream parlour. There are a couple of gyms, a highly recommended yoga and pilates studio and a lovely clean and modern public swimming pool. Well kept roads, Frequent bus service and electric railway (in season only, April to Sept). There is also a skipper bus (for the local area) that can pick you up from the door (if prearranged) for a normal bus fair. I.5 mile approx from the TT course
